Identity data (name, surname), contact data (phone, email), health data (special-category personal data — only for treatment), customer data (appointments, invoices), marketing data (only with explicit consent), audio/visual records (only operation documentation, with explicit consent).

Your personal data is processed for: (a) delivering health services — GDPR Art. 9(2)(h) and applicable health regulations; (b) contract performance — Art. 6(1)(b); (c) compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, tax) — Art. 6(1)(c); (d) service-quality improvement and marketing — only with your consent, Art. 6(1)(a).

Data Transfers

Your data may be shared with our contracted hospitals and doctors (for your treatment), partner laboratories (for tests), Turkish Ministry of Health (legal obligation) and competent judicial/administrative authorities. International transfers occur only with your explicit consent.
