In providing our services we may collect: your name, email, phone number, date of birth, health information (only when needed for treatment), messages you share when contacting us, and browsing data on our site (via cookies).

How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is processed to deliver your free consultation, organise your appointment, evaluate treatment suitability, provide post-op follow-up and meet legal obligations. Your data is not used for marketing without your consent.

Data Sharing

We share your data only with: the doctor and hospital performing your treatment (under GDPR Art. 9(2)(h)), our contracted interpreters (if needed) and legal authorities when required. We never sell your data for marketing.

Data Security

Your data is protected via SSL encryption, access controls and restricted authorised-personnel access. Health data is stored in physical and electronic environments compliant with GDPR and KVKK standards.

Retention Period

Patient files are retained for 20 years from the last treatment, as required by Turkish legal obligations. Personal data used for marketing is deleted as soon as consent is withdrawn.

Your Rights
